Our organization is seeking a strong and talented Lead Line Cook to assist the Sous Chef in all aspects of kitchen functions. Previous experience as Executive Chef, Sous Chef or Kitchen Management of at least 4 years in either hotels or banquet facilities is required. Strong service skills along with equally strong organizational skills, Must have strong people skills and the ability to work and motivate in both social and corporate markets.
*Responsible for the supervision/management of kitchen and employees, working directly under the Sous Chef
