Job Information

Our organization is seeking a strong and talented Lead Line Cook to assist the Sous Chef in all aspects of kitchen functions. Previous experience as Executive Chef, Sous Chef or Kitchen Management of at least 4 years in either hotels or banquet facilities is required. Strong service skills along with equally strong organizational skills, Must have strong people skills and the ability to work and motivate in both social and corporate markets.

Job Description:

*Responsible for the supervision/management of kitchen and employees, working directly under the Sous Chef
*Supervise and maintain food quality, preparation and production to ensure delivery of quality product
*Assist in interviewing, hiring recommendations, scheduling, and training when necessary
*Ability to work effectively under time constraints and deadlines
*Assist in development of new menus and menu items and concepts with Director of Food and Beverage
*Assist in inventory control and proper organization of products
*Demonstrate positive leadership characteristics which inspire associates to meet and exceed company standards
